Bilbao shop: Basque design gifts and original souvenirs
Cabecita de Ajo is a small, colourful design concept store in the heart of Bilbao’s Old Town (Casco Viejo), at Calle Lotería 3. We sell illustration, jewellery, home decor, accessories and original gifts from independent brands and local Basque makers. And no, despite the name («little head of garlic»), we don’t sell garlic.

Souvenirs from Bilbao that aren’t fridge magnets
- Prints of Bilbao: the cranes on the estuary, the Vizcaya Bridge (Puente Colgante) and the San Antón Bridge. Light, flat and easy to pack.
- Basque food in illustration: Pintxos and Txakolinero by Mikel Casal, Txakoli by Iker Ayestaran and the Gilda print by Irune Izer.
- A card in Basque: the plantable «Zorionak» card («congratulations» in Euskara) grows wildflowers once you plant it.
